How the setup/design/approval process will work:

  • Google Ads

  •  After the discovery call, our Paid Advertising Producer will prepare the Google Ad Build. The Account Strategist will send ad build to you for approval via email.

  •  If edits are required, please respond via email with changes. (Edits can be made directly on the Ad Build spreadsheet.) While rare, if thorough edits or discussion is needed, a call can be scheduled with our team for further discussion.

  •  We usually only allow 1 round of edits (more are not usually necessary). If more are required, will be taken on a case by case basis.

  • Retargeting Ads

  •  Once Google and Facebook Ad access is granted, our Paid Advertising Producer will begin preparing Retargeting Ad creatives. The Account Strategist will send creatives to the client for approval via email (oftentimes comes second in the process after Google Ad build).

  •  If edits are required, please respond via email with changes. While rare, if thorough editing or discussion is needed, a call can be scheduled via BlueJeans with our team.

  •  We usually only allow 1 round of edits (more are not usually necessary). If more are required, will be taken on a case by case basis.

  •  If you/your team prefers to create your own Retargeting creatives, we ask that we receive these within 5-10 business days from the Discovery call to remain on track with setup timeline.

  • Landing pages (if applicable)

  •  After the call, our Account Strategist will send landing page templates, indicating the few that will probably work well for that your needs (after internal discussion with our Paid Advertising Producer, based on our expertise.)

  •  The landing page template selected will be adjusted to fit your businesses branding - colors, images/videos, copy from their website that’s applicable.

  •  How the revision process will work

  •  We offer 3 rounds. If changes need to be made to the design (colors, images, structure/layout of pages), these should be indicated and made in the first round.

  •  The Account Strategist will send an email to the client with an updated landing page after each round of edits. (The Paid Advertising Producer will also make a video walking through the page after the initial design that’ll be sent with the original landing page for review. In this video, the Paid Advertising Producer will explain if there are certain elements that are designed a certain way for achieving conversions (aka we have reason to leave them as is.)

  •  If a 4th or 5th round of edits is required, additional quotes may be applicable. This is to ensure we launch within the desired timeframe. The client should ensure that rounds 1-3 are comprehensive lists of edits.

  •  How the client can request edits:

  •  We prefer a list of changes to be indicated over email, video screen recording or image markup for each round of edits. This is the best way to make sure we’re all on the same page when it comes to revising the page, making sure it’s optimized for conversions and meets the your brands desired look. This also keeps the rounds of edits comprehensive. (You may not get all of their desired revisions out in a casual phone call.)

  •  If it’s deemed necessary by all parties, BlueJeans calls can be scheduled with you and our team to discuss edits. With this, you can walk through what you like and don’t like (sharing your screen) - Our Paid Advertising Producer can weigh in from a conversion standpoint and our Account Strategist will annotate the conversation to make a complete list of requested changes - ensuring that what’s expected is clear at the end of the call.
